本アプリは、Shopify ストアの購入者が発送前の注文について配送先住所の変更・キャンセルをセルフサービスで行えるようにする、マーチャント向けアプリです。本ポリシーは、本アプリがどのような情報を、何のために取得・保存し、どのように取り扱うかを説明するものです。

1. 取得する情報

マーチャント（ストア運営者）に関する情報

• ストアドメイン、アプリ設定（受付条件・表示文言など）
• Shopify API のアクセストークン（アプリの動作に必要な認証情報）

購入者（ストアのお客様）に関する情報

• 注文情報（注文番号、注文日時、商品、フルフィルメント状況）
• 購入者のメールアドレス、氏名、配送先住所、電話番号

これらの購入者情報は、注文の本人確認（注文番号とメールアドレスの照合）と、住所変更・キャンセル処理のためにのみ Shopify API から取得します。

2. 利用目的

• 注文番号とメールアドレスによる注文の本人照会
• 配送先住所の変更およびキャンセル・返金処理の実行（Shopify API 経由）
• マーチャント向けの操作履歴（いつ・どの注文で・何が行われたか）の記録
• 不正利用の防止（照会失敗時にも注文の存在を開示しない設計）

3. 保存する情報と保存期間

• アプリのデータベースに保存するもの: ストアごとの設定、操作履歴（注文番号・実行内容・日時）、Shopify セッション情報
• 保存しないもの: 購入者の氏名・住所・メールアドレス・電話番号・決済情報は、アプリのデータベースに保存しません。処理の都度 Shopify API から取得し、処理完了後は保持しません。
• アプリをアンインストールした場合、当該ストアのセッション情報は削除されます。設定・操作履歴は Shopify からの削除要請 Webhook（shop/redact）受領時に削除されます。

4. 第三者への提供

取得した情報を第三者に販売・貸与・共有することはありません。データの処理は、アプリのホスティング（Vercel）およびデータベース（Neon）の各インフラ上で行われます。

5. GDPR / 個人情報保護法への対応

本アプリは Shopify の必須コンプライアンス Webhook（customers/data_request・customers/redact・shop/redact）を実装しており、購入者またはマーチャントからのデータ開示・削除要請に対応します。

6. セキュリティ

• すべての通信は HTTPS で暗号化されます。
• 購入者向けページへのアクセスは Shopify の App Proxy 署名検証を経由し、照会成功時のみ短時間（30分）有効な署名付きトークンを発行します。

This app lets a store's customers change their shipping address or cancel an order by themselves before fulfillment. This policy explains what information the app collects, why, and how it is handled.

1. Information we collect

• Merchant data: store domain, app settings, and Shopify API access tokens required for the app to operate.
• Customer data: order details (order number, date, line items, fulfillment status) and the customer's email, name, shipping address, and phone number — retrieved from the Shopify API only to verify order ownership and to perform address changes or cancellations.

2. What we store

Our database stores per-store settings, action logs (order number, action, timestamp), and Shopify session data. We do not store customers' names, addresses, emails, phone numbers, or payment information; customer data is fetched from Shopify per request and is not retained after processing.

3. Data sharing and compliance

We never sell or share data with third parties. Hosting is provided by Vercel and Neon. The app implements Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact) to honor data access and deletion requests under GDPR and applicable privacy laws.
